12th standard pass with Physics, Maths, Chemistry / Computer Science with at least 60% marks.

M.Tech in Robotic Engineering

On successful completion of the 4-year course the students will receive B.Tech Degree and those who successfully complete the 6-year course will receive M.Tech Degree. Students have the option to exit after 4 years with only B.Tech Degree.

The robotic engineering sector is growing steadily on a large scale and promises to be the next biggest field due to rapid growth in manufacturing sector. These engineers are engaged for design, construction, operation and application of robots that assemble the components to make the final product that increases productivity. Thus, Robotic engineers make work more efficient, faster, hazard free, and inexpensive in an organization.

Advance curriculum structure of Robotic Engineering at The Neotia University, and the MoU signed with Phi Robotics Research Pvt. Ltd, are benefiting the students with experiential learning that will yield vivid career pathways.

    TNU has partnered with Phi Robotics a company based in  Thane, Maharashtra, to help develop and deliver the course curriculum and laboratory facility, and to hire the students who meet the company’s recruiting criteria. Phi Robotics has already offered conditional employment to the first batch of students in TNU’s Robot Manufacturing Programme.

  • Career Prospects for Robotic Engineering

    The opportunities are enormous in the robotic field. It is a field of creativity and innovation for people with a background in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering. As robots are used in different fields such as military, nuclear power plants, agricultural, manufacturing, health-care, a professional with relevant degree in robotic engineering can choose to work in these industries as automation system engineers, programming engineers, robot designers, project managers or test engineers. One can also opt for higher studies and research work in this domain.
