B.Pharm is an undergraduate degree course in the field of Pharmacy education. In this course the students study about the drugs and medicines, pharmaceutics, etc. Students will graduate with improved skills and gain a competitive edge in the job market, making them highly desirable to employers.
Graduates after the completion of their degree can pursue higher studies in Pharmacy, i.e. Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or practice as a Pharmacist. Pharmacists can work in a range of industries as chemical/drug technician, bio-technology industries, drug therapist, drug inspector, hospital drug coordinator, health inspector, pharmacist, pathological lab, research & development, etc. This degree provides ample job opportunities in both public and private sector Hospitals, Clinics, State- Wise Drugs and Pharmaceutical Boards, Cipla, Abbott India, Sun Pharmaceuticals, Biocon, GlaxoSmithKline India, or open an individual pharmacy.
