​​​​​AJANTRIK​, the ​Social Welfare and Cultural Club of TNU and NITMAS, in association with The People's Blood Bank and The Thalassaemic Society of India​ ​organised the ​​Blood Donation Camp on 15th May​ 2017 at its campus.​

 

TNU desires to offer courses in the field of Hospitality, Tourism Management, Culinary Art, etc. associates with Hotel and Tourism Management Institute (HTMi), Switzerland, who is a leading hotel management institute in the world, preparing students for a management career in the global hospitality industry.

 

SANKALP 2K17, is an inter-college technical fest organised by TECHNICHE̕̕̕̕̕, the technical club of TNU and NITMAS, every year. Prof.A.S.Kolaskar, our honourable Vice Chancellor, inaugurated the event. Post felicitation, he delivered a motivating speech for the students and everyone present at the auditorium. Students from various engineering colleges with a high competitive spirit and determination participated to showcase their talent and accomplish knowledge.

The Neotia University (TNU) has organized a conference on “Energy Options for Tomorrow: Technology to Sustainability”, from 17-19th April, 2017at Eco Vista, New Town. Shri M. K. Narayanan, Former Governor of West Bengal, has inaugurated the conference. In his speech, Shri Narayanan highlighted the importance of technology in the lives of human beings and how the society is being impacted by technology. He spoke about the importance of energy in the development of any society. According to him, India which is doing well in using non-conventional energy sources has to do better by training new generation of technocrats and scientists.
