SOP of Online Enquiry, Registration & Aptitude Test Process for the Academic Session 2021-22:
Visit the website (www.tnu.in) / Google Search / Any other Social media / promotional links.
Click on the “Apply Now” / “ Admission Open for the Academic Year 2021-22” Link.
A Registration Form will Open
Fill up the Registration Form and complete Mobile Verification with an OTP.
Click on the “Register” button.
An Email with a Link will automatically be sent to the Email Id provided, for Email Verification. Next, receive the Login Id and Password for accessing your dashboard on Email.
From the Dashboard, a student can fill up the Application / Admission Form and Upload the required documents.
Once the form is filled up and submitted the Form and Application Number will get generated for the student to use for future references in the University.
Once the form is submitted successfully, an option will appear on the student’s Dashboard with a facility to appear for the “Aptitude Test”
If the student has selected an Undergraduate course, he/ she may click on the Take Test button in the Dashboard to appear for the Test. In the case of the Postgraduate and Doctorate program, the student has to only appear for a Personal Interview.
After submitting the Test the result will appear in the student's dashboard.
The qualifying marks will be decided with an average from the Aptitude Test and H.S. marks of the student.
If qualified, a personalized ‘Qualifying Letter/Offer Latter’ will be sent to the student’s mail id / Dashboard.
If not qualified, a message will be sent simultaneously through SMS & Email for reappearing the test.
Once the Student Qualify the Test & receives the Offer Letter, he/ she can make an online payment of Rs.20,000/- or Rs.10,000/- for Provisional Admission / Full payment for complete Admission with documents. Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) to be deposited against Provisional Admission for B.Sc (Hons.) in Applied Psychology, B.A.(Hons.) in English, All Master Degree Courses and P.G Diploma in Counselling & Guidance Course.
For all the other courses, Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to be deposited against as Provisional Admission amount.
The payment can be made to TNU / NITMAS bank account through CRM Dashboard/ Payment Gateway of www.tnu.in/ www.nitmas.edu.in / online payment through various applications such as Google Pay/ Phone Pe/ Paytm or RTGS/ NEFT/ Cheque/ DD etc.
(i) Money receipt will be generated and be available on Students Dashboard/ pay through Payment Gateway and take a printout (ii) Money receipt will be sent to the student by email/ against any other mode of payment.
