Students of Agriculture and Allied Sciences visited Meghna Dairy for Practical Assignment

TNU Students of Agriculture and Allied Sciences, visited Meghna Dairy as a part of their practical training session on Livestock production and Management under the guidance of Dr. Nitish Modak and Dr. Debashish Mondal.

Students learned about handling of hybrid cows and their characteristics feature.
Meghna Dairy has several Jersey and local breeds. Amul milk is processed in the unit. Capacity is 50000 liters/ day.
