The Neotia University (TNU) has signed MoU on 28th March, 2017, with Blue Bird Shipping Management Private Limited (BBSMPL), RPSL No: Kol-006/2013, which authorizes BBSMPL to recruit and place students of Marine Engineering (MRE) and Bachelor of Nautical Science (BNS) on shipping companies.

BBSMPL has agreed to sponsor 10 candidates each from MRE and BNS streams every year. This will provide an opportunity to the students who join MRE and BNS that post completion of their training in the institute they would be placed on board for ship training.
