A webinar session on “The Written Word – Tips to help you write a compelling CV and SOP” held on 26th June, 2020 from 10 AM to 12:30 PM. by Ms. Vidya Suresh, Country Manager, South Asia Region, ESIGEKEC Graduate School of Engineering, France. The workshop organized in association with Campus France, Calcutta.

The workshop was started with inaugural address by Dr. A. Ghosh, Workshop Coordinator. Resource person from Campus France Mr. Amitava Das explained the importance of CV/ SOP in higher education and Industry. Thereafter, Resource person Ms. Suresh has started the technical session. She started with formats and content of CV. Then, she explained how to write CV for Europe and other countries. Next she described, ‘What is a Statement of Purpose?’. She also discussed Dos and don’ts. The session has proven to be informative as well as interactive as queries of many students audience were answered clearly by Ms. Suresh. Total forty eight students participated in the webinar. The session ended with vote of thanks by Dr. A. Ghosh.
