Mr. Rupam Ghosh is an acclaimed academician with over 26 years of professional experience in handling various facets of Administration, Academics and Training & Development. He is an alumnus of IHM –Kolkata with an expertise in food and beverage department and holds an MBA degree in Human Resource.

Mr. Ghosh has played senior management roles in various organizations. He has served as the Vice Principal – SRM IHM @ SRM University, Chennai. He also served as Principal- Golden Regency Institute of Hospitality Management, Haldia (under MAKAUT). He has worked in key managerial roles with Mahindra Holidays and Resort India Ltd and Ohri’s, Hyderabad to name a few.

Apart from this Mr. Ghosh has played an integral role in guiding well known hotel management colleges such as SRM IHM Modinagar, SRM IHM Sonepat for their set up as per the standards of the National Council during his tenure with SRM.

He has also undergone training on modern techniques of dealing with the future managers, at Regency Hotel School in Adelaide, South Australia.

His expertise lies in heading a big team and possess tremendous track record for his managerial skills. He has also spearheaded training sessions for the employees of the Hospitality department at CPT Haldia. His greatest strengths include collaborative leadership, strategic planning, empowering educators to develop their leadership and instructional skills.
