Mr. Souvik Dhar

Mr. Dhar has qualified both UGC-NET and WB-SET examinations. He is also pursuing Ph.D. in Law. Amidst varied academic experience, he has previously worked as Guest Lecturer at Department of Law, University of Calcutta. He has also worked as Research Investigator, Centre for Child Rights, WB NUJS in a UNICEF project on ‘Evaluation of POCSO Act, 2012 in West Bengal’. He has authored several books and published several articles in reputed journals (including Web of Science/UGC-Care listed journals) and edited books on diverse legal issues. His area of interest includes Health Law, Criminal Law, Corporate Law and Human Rights Law.
