Yoga

Through the practice of certain asanas, pranayama and meditation techniques, students can enhance the power and functioning of mind.Yoga is the perfect addition to university curriculum as it helps students to keep their minds calm and grow holistically. A regular yoga practice can promote endurance, strength, concentration, flexibility, and well-being.

Gymnasium

Students who are into fitness and cardio- vascular and resistance training, they can head to our fully equipped gymnasium, to stretch their muscles. The gymnasium has all the makings of a professional gym. Students will find a range of resistance machines and free-weights to suit their physical workout regimes.

Music

The Music Club organizes and facilitates Cultural Programmes at the Intra and Inter Collegiate levels. The club holds auditions for all music events which are performed/ participated in by the University at the Inter Collegiate Meets and Fests. The high point of the Club was in 2012 when IMPULSE Intercollegiate Fest was held on Campus & participating in IIT Spring Fest competing against 50 strong teams.

Movie

The Cine Club of The Neotia University have been formed with lots of enthusiasm and passion. The club members have already produced two short films (Mirror and Adrishya) and immenselyappreciated by eminent personalities across the society. They are working very hard to shot and produce more creative, meaningful and value-added films that will have positive impact in our university and the society as well.
