The Neotia University, West Bengal (established under West Bengal Act, XXIII of 2014, The Neotia University Act, 2014) (hereinafter referred to as the “University” and /or “TNU”) is committed to protect the privacy, confidentiality and accuracy of personally identifiable information in accordance with existing Indian laws, international human rights norms and internal policies of the University with amendments from time to time. Other than as required by laws that authorize public access to certain types of information, or in response to court orders legal instruments that authorize disclosure, the University shall not use or disclose any personally identifiable information.
