The Neotia University, West Bengal (established under West Bengal Act, XXIII of 2014, The Neotia University Act, 2014) (hereinafter referred to as the “University” and /or “TNU”) is committed to protect the privacy, confidentiality and accuracy of personally identifiable information in accordance with existing Indian laws, international human rights norms and internal policies of the University with amendments from time to time.
