Dr. Suchismita Saha has completed her Ph.D. in Aquatic Environment Management (Fishery
Science) from West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences (WBUAFS) with 8.88
OGPA in the year 2025. She is NET QUALIFIED in Fisheries Resource Management. She
has acquired her M.F.Sc degree (Specialization in Aquatic Environment Management) in the
year 2018 with 7.97 OGPA from Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (KUFOS).
With 7.89 OGPA she successfully completed her B.F.Sc degree from West Bengal University
of Animal and Fishery Sciences (WBUAFS) in the year 2016. She has working experience of
4.7 years, as well as research experience for 10 years; along with teaching experience for 2.5
years. She has a total of 23 publications – out of which – 12 Research papers (4 in SCI
Journals), 3 Book Chapters, 5 Abstracts and 3 Articles in Magazines.
