Dr. Ranojit Kumar Sarker is an accomplished academic and researcher with a strong background in microbiology and bioinformatics. He earned his B.Sc. in Microbiology and M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from the University of Pune. His postgraduate thesis focused on “Bioremediation of LDPE,” showcasing his dedication to addressing environmental challenges through scientific research. Currently, Dr. Sarker is actively engaged in exploring Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) organisms, using bioinformatics tools to unravel the mechanisms of drug resistance. His research aims to contribute to the global fight against antimicrobial resistance, a critical issue in contemporary medical science. With numerous publications in prestigious international journals and multiple awards from seminars and conferences, Dr. Sarker has established himself as a leading figure in his field. His commitment to advancing scientific knowledge and fostering academic growth continues to inspire his students and colleagues alike.
