Bio Fermentor

Description: A bioreactor refers to any manufactured device or system that supports a biologically active environment. In one case, a bioreactor is a vessel in which a chemical process is carried out which involves organisms or biochemically active substances derived from such organisms.

UV-Transilluminetor

Description: An ultra-violet (UV) transilluminator is a standard piece of equipment used in life science laboratories for visualization of target DNAs and proteins. The UV transilluminator works by emitting high levels of UV radiation through the viewing surface.

Refrigerated Centrifuge

Description: Refrigerated centrifuge works on the concept of sedimentation principle by holding up the sample tubes with a capacity of 2ml, 10ml and 50ml in rotation around a fixed axis. In this, the centripetal force causes the denser substances to separate out along the radial direction in the bottom of the centrifuge tube.

Vartical Gel Electrophoresis

Description: Vertical gel electrophoresis contains stacking gel and resolving gel. The stacking gel concentrates proteins that are loaded into the well so that the proteins can start to migrate at the same time. After stacking, the resolution gel separate proteins based on the molecular size.

Horizontal Gel Electrophoresis Unit

Description: Horizontal electrophoresis systems, also called submarine units, are systems designed to run agarose or polyacrylamide gels submerged in running buffer. Samples are introduced to an electric field and will migrate to the anode or cathode depending on their intrinsic charge.
