Meet Rajashree Jana, a proud alumna of the School of Hospitality and Culinary Art at The Neotia University, who is currently pursuing her career as a Management Trainee in the Food & Beverage Service department at Mayfair Hotels & Resorts. Rajashree’s story is one of transformation and growth. Coming from a Bengali-medium background, she once saw the world of hospitality from a distance. Today, she stands confidently as a professional hotelier, a testament to her hard work and the nurturing support she received throughout her college journey. During her time at The Neotia University, Rajashree honed essential skills such as problem-solving, event organization, creative decoration, and team collaboration.
