Dr. Sanjeev Sharma

Dr. Sanjeev Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fish Processing Technology within the Fisheries Science Division at The Neotia University. He obtained both Masters’s and Doctoral degrees from the College of Fisheries, (CAU-I), Lembucherra, Agartala, Tripura. With over two years of teaching experience, He specializes in the research areas of fish products and by-products, fish waste utilization and valorization, and the evaluation of bioactive compounds and their significance in human nutrition. His contributions extend beyond academia, as he has published numerous research papers, book chapters, and articles in renowned national and international journals. Furthermore, he has actively participated in various national and international conferences, training programs, workshops, and webinars closely aligned with his field of study. Throughout his career, He has been honored with several prestigious academic and research awards for his field.
