Ms. Payel Panja
Teaching Associate
Ms. Panja has just stepped into the world of teaching. She has a research experience of six years in the areas of Food Processing, Preservation, Dehydration and Post-Harvest Physiology. She has done her Ph.D. in Horticulture with a specialization in Post-Harvest Technology. Also, she has four national and fifteen international publications on her name. She has won multiple awards throughout her career including the Young Horticulturist Award – 2019 from the Agricultural & Environmental Technology Development Society (AETDS). Till date, she has attended seven national and three international seminars along with three national and two international conferences organized by various forums.
