He is pursuing Ph.D. from Himalayan Garhwal University, MBA in HR from EIILM under Visva Bharati, and M.Com from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Graduation in commerce from University of Calcutta. Has more than 18 years of teaching experience in reputed institutes. Areas of expertise include human resource management, marketing and common papers like OB, principles of management, business communication and entrepreneurship.
