A proud graduate of the School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts at The Neotia University, Barsha Rai has turned a passion for hospitality into a thriving international career. Pursuing a BSc in Hospitality Administration along with a Swiss Diploma, in collaboration with HTMi Switzerland, laid the perfect foundation for a journey marked by excellence and ambition. During the academic program, Barsha Rai completed industrial training at the prestigious The Oberoi Grand, Kolkata, one of Eastern India’s most iconic properties. Recognized for exceptional performance and dedication, she was offered employment at the same hotel – a testament to the strong industry connects fostered by The Neotia University. With the guidance and support of the university’s placement cell, Barsha Rai went on to successfully crack an interview with Jumeirah Al Naseem, Dubai, a globally acclaimed name in luxury hospitality. Today, she is living the dream of exploring the world while working with some of the finest hospitality brands.
