Workshop on Laboratory Animals Handling

The Neotia University, in collaboration with CPCSEA (Govt. of India), is organizing a two-day workshop on “Social Awareness on Laboratory Animals & Hands-on Training on Laboratory Animals Handling” on 25–26 March 2026. The workshop aims to promote ethical use, care, and welfare of laboratory animals in biomedical and pharmaceutical research.

Participants will gain hands-on training in safe animal handling techniques, learn about CPCSEA guidelines, animal ethics, and the 3R principles of humane experimentation. The program will be held at The Neotia University campus, Sarisa, West Bengal, with limited seats (60 participants).
