Dr. Chakraborty has more than two years of teaching and four years of research experience in Microbiology and Microbial biofilm Biology. She has completed her doctoral degree on Biotechnology in the year 2020 from The Neotia University. So far, she has sixteen (16) international publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals to her name. Apart from this, she has attended nine national and international seminars organized by various organizations and received four best poster awards.
