Mr. Sudhanshu Singh

After pursuing an under-graduate degree in Law (LLB) from Mumbai University, he completed the post-graduation degree in Law (LLM) from Amity University, Kolkata. He is currently Pursuing his Ph.D. from Adamas University, Kolkata. He has over eight years of teaching experience at the university level. He has previously taught in Xaviers Law School (XLS), Xavier Business School (XBS), Kolkata, School of Law and Justice, Adamas University, Kolkata, KLE Law College Bengaluru, Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru among others. He has also served as a legal advisor to Uttakarsh Formulation Pvt. Ltd. and other corporates and NGOs. He has experience in company compliance regulation formalities and has a strong academic background. He has co-authored a book on the Law of Insurance. He is a certified market professional (NCMP) by the National Stock Exchange. He has presided over many plenary meetings, both in-person and virtually, on Intellectual Property Rights. He has instructed management students in Corporate and Business Laws, hosted webinars and seminars, and mentored students in numerous workshops and webinars. His academic background includes an LL.M in Business Laws, a Diploma in Entrepreneurship Administration and Business Laws (National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata), a B.Sc. in Economics, a Diploma in Acupuncture Therapy—Acupuncture and Traditional Alternative Medical Association. He has participated in several seminars, FDPs and conferences, where he has presented insightful and thought-provoking papers on contemporary legal issues. His areas of interest include Intellectual Property Rights, Corporate Law, Investment & Financial Laws, and Taxation Laws.
