PROF.(DR.) PRABIN KUMAR JHA
Associate Professor and Head of the Department
Dr. Jha has more than 12 years’ experience in research and development in the Automotive. He has expertise in the area of Robotics (Medical, Agriculture and Underwater) and Autonomous Vehicle. Previously, he was engaged with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University, Maharashtra and in LNMIIT, Jaipur for around 7 years. His PhD on “Study of Derailment Dynamics of Semi-High Speed Indian Train (Gatimaan Express)” LNMIIT and M.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering from Duisburg-Essen University Germany. His teaching subjects are Introduction to Robotics, Mobile Robotics, Mechatronics System Interface, Advanced Robotics. He provides research consultancies in low-cost product development in various domains such as Robotics and Automotive.
