BSc in Hospitality Administration- Swiss Diploma, HTMi Switzerland, School of Hospitality and Culinary Art, TNU
2020-2023
Myself Sambit Mahanti from the batch of 2020-2023 at the School of Hospitality & Culinary Art, The Neotia University. I am pleased to share my experience at the Neotia university which started way back in 2020 when I stepped into the world of hospitality & leisure to purse B.Sc. in Hospitality Administration with Swiss diploma which is a 3 years course that will take you into deep thrilling adventure with a taste of jaw dropping exposure
Being very honest, for me hospitality isn’t just a course but it’s a lifestyle which many desire to live upon. Here in School of Hospitality and Culinary Art you would be getting ample opportunities to prove yourself within the frame. I would also take an opportunity to show my gratitude towards the teachers without whom this journey would have been very difficult to survive upon. I remember when I was entering my first year of University, I was extremely excited but at the same time extremely nervous but who would have known at that point of time that this is going to be one of the best family I can have with whom I had some life remembering memories. Not only that you get yourself engaged so much with the decorum of the university like annual food fests, workshops, live interactions, special events and all are held in house with the students in the forefront. The important thing to remember is to always try your best and not let the instances where you may have fallen short hold you back from continuing to work hard and reach your full potential. It was overall an amazing platform to study and live specially in the hostel which is surrounded by lush green trees and decent facilities that will help you rejuvenate in your free time. Last but not the least School of Hospitality and Culinary Art does feature versatile industry collaborations for placements and I’m glad to announce that I have had got two opportunities from the college during campus placement and currently being employed by JLL as a facilities executive. The happy ending of a thrilling journey with a taste of nostalgia in the batch of (2020-2023) ended up with the college convocation. As we move forward, we remember those bonds and our dearly closed ones. Glad to announce that I received a gold medal for the academic excellence. Deep inside this place holds an eternal glow that beholds me from far distance and would love to give visit to this place frequently.
