My journey in TNU is no less than a roller coaster ride but once I got to know about the faculties, I got to know about different events, the student chapters, it became a part of my life and I owe much of my success and growth to this esteemed institution. During the pandemic as well when other universities were figuring out what has to be done, our university already had a plan. They started conducting their final online exams, especially for students who were in their last years.

We have an excellent faculty team which I can say is one of the main driving forces of our university. Every faculty is an expert in their domain and the amount of learning we can get from them is humongous. Their level of knowledge, way of approach and style of delivery are the attributes that distinguish them from others. Even when everything was online where teaching was slightly different and challenging, they ensured that we didn’t lose our interest. Our faculty has also been there whenever we need them be it outside institute competitions or life learnings.

Also our department conducts several workshops, seminars, guest lectures by well known professionals in the area. These occasions gave us access to cutting edge- developments, new technologies and agricultural practical application. They expanded our horizons and gave us beneficial networking chances.

The university help me to understand the complete procedure of placement, how we can groom ourselves for the coming companies, NGOs and how we can work according to what the company requires. It was at the beginning of eighth semester that we have been given training for placement interviews. So it had been very useful and helpful for us to clearing and cracking our interviews. I had got an offer in 2 NGOs, ASA and  CINI.
