B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Automobile Manufacturing)

12th standard pass with Physics, Maths, Chemistry/ Computer Science with at least 60% marks (to be adjusted).

M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Automobile Manufacturing)

On successful completion of the 4-year course, the students will receive a B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Automobile Manufacturing  and those who successfully complete the 6-year course, will receive M.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Automobile Manufacturing. Students have the option to exit after 4 years, with only the B.Tech Degree.

Mechanical Engineering is one of the oldest engineering branches that fulfil the demand of individual component, machinery and different systems and sub systems. As Mechanical Engineering plays an important role in automobile industries, the course is aimed at covering the automotive curriculum through a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mechanical engineers work in various large industries, to name a few, aerospace, biomedical, construction and building, manufacturing, power processes, service stations, railways, defence services, apart from automobile and transport industry.
