Integrated BBA/ B.A with L.L.B. is an undergraduate Law course of 5-years duration. Students here will gain valuable insight and specialize in in-depth knowledge of law and legislature along with commerce, humanities and business administration that is essential in the field of management. This integrated course is a complete program to systematically groom a student into a graduate who is ready for the industry with practical knowledge of managerial and judiciary skills or will appear for the national level entrance examination such as CLAT, LSAT, AILET and SET for a rewarding career.

Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh, HOD & Associate Professor
Dr. Singh has 17 years of teaching experience and he has practise in Court for four years. He has 3 years of research experience on Corporate Law. He is a member of the All India Law Teachers Congress (AILTC). He holds a PhD in Corporate Law. He has published a book on Amalgamation and Merger Of Companies and the WTO from Eastern Law House (2013). He has had 12 National Publications to his name and has been a part of 14 National Conferences.
Ms. Paramita Dhar Chakraborty, Assistant Professor
Ms. Chakraborty has 15 years of experience in teaching. She did her M.Phil. in Law and she specializes in Constitutional Law. She has had five national publications along with an international one on her name. Apart from this, she has attended ten national seminars and an international one while she herself has organized a seminar already.
Dr. Sheeba Khalid, Assistant Professor
Dr. Khalid has been teaching for more than nine and a half years now. She did her PhD in Sociology with Social Gerontology as her research area. She has been conferred with various rewards and recognition such as the Education Excellence Award in 2016 from the Indian Solidarity Council, the Moulana Azad National Fellowship for Minorities (MANF-UGC) for MPhil and PhD and Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) Award for Doctorate Degree in 2009.
Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad, Assistant Professor
Dr. Ahmad has 4 years of teaching experience. He holds a Doctorate in Commerce and his research area was Marketing. He has 12 National and an International Publication. He has attended 3 National and 5 International Conferences organized by various groups.
Mr. Shivaji Basu, Faculty (Visiting)
Mr. Basu has a year of experience. He is a member of Inst. Of Cost & Mgmt. A/cs and Grad Member of CII (UK). He did his Masters’ in Business Laws where he specialized in Law & Commerce and is certified by ACMA, IPGDRM and IRM-Cert as well.
Ms. Anushree Ghoshal, Part-Time Faculty
Ms. Ghoshal has 2 years of teaching experience. She has research experience of 3 years in the areas of Indian Foreign Policy and Rohingya Refugee crisis. She did her PhD and in Political Science (International Relations). She was awarded with a gold medal from The University of Burdwan where she completed her master degree. She has 2 National and 2 International Publications to her name.
Dr. Saroj Upadhyay, Guest Faculty
Dr. Upadhyay has an overall 18 years of teaching experience and an industry experience of 20 years. He is a member of the Bengal Economic Association and the Indian Economic Association. He has a research experience of 5 years in the areas of Economics, Banking and Management and received a cash award of $5000 by Regent University for collaborative research. He did his PhD in Economics with specialization in Economics and Banking. He has 120 National and 22 International Publications along with 27 National and 11 International conferences.

Students after successfully completing their 5-year Integrated BBA/ B.A with LLB programme will receive a lot of career opportunities in PSUs, International and Domestic law firms, corporate legal departments, litigation firms, legal process outsourcing, IP firms, banks, excise department and more. Graduates can join the judicial service of the state as a magistrate after passing judicial service exam and work as a judicial magistrate, sub-magistrate, civil judge, advocate, notary, etc. in legal or judicial system of India. Students can also work in business houses as finance manager & legal advisor, law officer, business consultant, law reporter, management accountant, company secretary and human resource manager.
